Normally the default "Email submit button" attaches the document/form in the xml format. So if want to send the form in the PDF font we can create our own "Email submit button". Here are the steps to achieve this.
1. Open the form in LC designer.
2. Drag the button form the Standard- object library panel on the right hand side.
3. On the right side under the object tab select “Control Type” as “Submit”.
4. Now switch to the submit tab.
5. Under “Submit to URL” in the text field; type mailto:xyz@abc.com.
6. You can add multiple emails by separating them by semicolon.
7. From the “Submit as” dropdown select PDF.
8. Save the document.
9. Now open the document in Acrobat.
10. Select |Advanced| from the menubar.
11. Now select “Extend features in Adobe Reader..”.
12. Select |Save Now| from the dialog box.
13. Form is ready for use.
